The black box was first given to Malaysia. Malaysia did not want the trouble and gave it to Holand who did not want the trouble too. Holand then sent it to England who is the friend of USA. Interestingly, the first report was given by this dutch government. This means that England did not want to lie about the fact. If MH17 was shot down by a missile, the dutch government would point it out without hesitation.
