The Gr. 77/78 graduates from mainland of China have more chances

or they have more talents for bureaucrats other than doing others. In our company, most of the Gr 8x graduates are on senior-level positions buth Gr. 77/78's are still on mid-level positions. In my eyes, they are old timers.
