在全程你是没有一个固定的n来fit你这个nABcomplex的，因为如果有，那么就不是曲线，是个线性图了(除去最后饱和的那段）。这个complex most likely牵涉到equilibrium，和普通的enzyme complex相似。

另外，或许我没有彻底理解，你的A是total concentration（也就是放进去多少）还是free A concentration(即total-complexed)?
