Bella 8个月小结

这一个月忙忙碌碌，出门度了假，年底工作总结为明年准备，准备Christmas，装饰家里，买礼物，做贺卡,准备节日party...虽忙，但不亦乐 乎。在快乐的忙碌中，Bella小妞又长大了，懂得事情多了，会玩儿的多了，笑得多了，昨天的小baby一转眼就变成了大姑娘。作为妈妈，除了幸福还是幸福。

Eat：

也许是巧合，但是每次出门度假回来都会有一个big leap forward，记得6个月出门一周回来自己把11点那顿夜奶断了，直接睡12小时；这一次度假回来最明显的是在吃的方面，solid不会再影响奶量，而且每顿奶量也增加不少，喝得很快。现在的schedule是每天4 bottles + 3 meals，慢慢向3 bottles + 3 meals 过渡

早饭6:30 - 7：00： 8 ounces， 4 -5 盎司水果+oatmeal，
Lunch： 7盎司奶， 4盎司蔬菜+肉（poultry)
Snack 4：30： 4 盎司 yogurt + oatmeal + 水果 （这一顿是度假回来加的，因为她晚上回到家会饿，坚持不到6：15的晚饭时间）
Dinner 6:15: 9.5 盎司奶

这个月开始多练习finger food，oatmeal puff，还开始吃点鱼，都很喜欢

Sleep:

schedule没有变化, 晚上一觉还是６：３０　－　６：４５　的schedule　（weekdays早上有时需要叫醒，周末有时候可以睡到８AM）
Naps：基本上是两个naps，上午的1.5小时，下午1小时左右。在外面度假的时候因为贪玩有2 naps变1 nap的迹象，但是回到家以后恢复正常了。而且因为现在运动量大玩的很多，所以nap睡得很好

Milestones：

1. 从肚皮贴地爬过渡到肚皮离地用膝盖爬：她在daycare的好朋友之一已经爬的很好，估计在daycare跟人家得到了秘籍，7个月的最后一天学会的，自己很得意的给爸爸妈妈表演


2. 开始模仿，很注意我们的行为，如果我教她玩玩具，几次以后她就会模仿着做；还有比如peekaboo，high five这些


3. Stranger Danger 一般情况下，Bella对陌生人会笑，但是我们注意到，她开始有personal space的意识，就是说如果陌生人靠得太近会让她感觉不舒服，甚至有时候会upset

4. First Thanksgiving!


5. Retired infant carseat， Bella's now in a big girl seat!!!

6. Teething: yes, she's got two teeth!

Love of the month: 

Balloon, necklaces (anything with sparkle), looking at her own pictures on the wall, being tickled and kissed, Christmas tree, swim, play with sand, camera (loves to smile at camera), attention from others (Lots of it!!), playing with the twin girls, jumperoo, woodblocks, Sophie, Elmo...Mommy and Daddy of course
