Bella 7个月小结

时间好快，又是一个月过去了，天气已经是深秋了，Bella也满七个月了，还是按照惯例总结一下这个月的highlights吧


Eat：
每天4顿，安排是这样的：
早饭 7：00：5-7 ounces
Brunch  11：00： 3-4 盎司水果+oatmeal， 6盎司奶
下午3：00： 3-4盎司蔬菜+肉（chicken，turckey，beef), 6盎司奶
晚饭6：15：9盎司奶+2tbsp oatmeal

对于solid food基本给多少吃多少，而且吃得又快又好，3-4盎司吃下去不会超过10分钟，但是如果吃太多会影响喝奶，所以目前还是必须控制一下，不敢多给

Sleep:
晚上一觉还是６：３０　－　６：４５　的schedule　（weekdays早上有时需要叫醒，周末可以睡到８AM）
Naps：基本上是两个naps，上午的1.5小时，下午1小时左右
daylight saving time的调整是non event

Milestones：

1. 坐的非常好了，爬得更熟练了（看到担心baby不会翻身的帖子，Bella虽然会翻身，但是从来就没什么兴趣，很少翻。直接坐和爬了，所以不必担心）
2. 非常vocal，并且开始发爸爸妈妈的音
3. 可以transfer object from one hand to the other，还会give and take （如果我拿着玩具递给她，她会接过去；如果她拿着玩具，我伸手，她会递给我）
4. 开始对playmat上的图案感兴趣，有时候会盯着看，我就会告诉她那是什么
5. 打完flu shot第一次发烧咳嗽了，好了以后貌似更强壮了

New Toys / Games

目前醒着的大部分时间是在playroom里度过的，playroom的建设也几乎完成，还差最后的final touch了，希望作为送给Bella小盆友的圣诞礼物之一吧

1. 曾经最喜欢的mobile现在完全不能引起兴趣了，喜欢任何坐着站着的游戏和玩具
2. 最近非常喜欢的Rock-N-Stack，貌似简单的玩具却能锻炼不少能力，她目前只会把圈圈拿下来，还不会sort and stack

3. 最喜欢的游戏是看爸爸表演的sesame street puppet show，一般是看的笑得前仰后合

4. 最喜欢的还是outdoor activity，随便上哪里，只要坐进她的carrier，她就兴奋的知道the fun begins！
