UN authorization of using force should be only on one circumstan

all member of the security council voted in favor of using force, pay attention to 'all members' not members attende voting.

absent vote is not a vote in favour of...

so the authorization of UN force to be despatched into Korean is not a valid one.. so all those american troops and other doggies were in korea without proper authorization of UN security council.
