Pijiang and 8 Laoshi， please help!!

I am the applicant for EB2, 485 pending over 180 with my working permit and AP combo card renew pending. Last day of my current job will be Dec. 31. I know I need to find a similar job to continue my 485. Questions:

Is there time limit that I have to find job before my last day in order to continue my 485?
