我从前看到过这个帖子，但是没有记录下来。

孩子出生在加国，落地签。父母是美国绿卡。我听说孩子必须两岁之前，入境美国。并且第一次入境美国，就要办理绿卡的申请。请问具体的手续，如何办理？谢谢大家。

-You and your child have to be the first time to enter US after your child was born and both of you have to enter US before your child reaches two years old. Then, your child will get the US permanent resident status (green card status) at the port of entry. Your child and you need to show your green card, his/her passport, his/her two photos and his/her birth certificate to the US CBP officer at the port of entry.
