遇到一个来美国旅游的中国女生， 决定在一起。这个女生旅游签证本11月底到期。那现在怎么办才会最快， 麻烦最少？

1：在这里火速结婚， 并给女方办理绿卡？时间上不知道来的及不？

2：女方先回国， 申请来美国结婚的签证。。。具体怎么办？ 需要多久？麻烦不麻烦？
