二位老师好！

我打算给父母申请绿卡。听说要等到老人进入美国后两个月才可以开始申请？请问是这样吗？

-Had better wait for 3 or more months to avoid that USCIS think your parents have the immigration intent before they enter US with B2 visa.

如果是这样，需要在国内办理的公证书，是不是也要等到老人进入美国两个月后，再委托国内的亲戚朋友代为办理？

 

可以现在就办妥，让老人来美国时随身带过来吗？
