RFE 问题

收到RFE。内容： Submit a copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage, which has been registered with the civil authorities of the country of your birth.

这个是只要出生证明的公证，还是连户口本公证一起要？因为我们交上去的时候出生证早己交过了。
