如果485递交后180天，我从一个学校换到另一个学校，是不是应该办H1transfer？

-Had better do it, and if you don't, you have to use EAD to work.

如果换学校后485被拒，是不是要重新申请劳工卡，140？

-Yes, but normally your I-485 will not be denied (or say the risk is not increased just due to your job change) if your new job is in the same/similar area as the old job.
