我是2009年5月的pd (NIW-eb2), 但是在10年中的时候因为家里的需要辞了职，现在h4。原本想等劳工的绿卡，但他的pd是11年3月的，现在排气后退，还不知什么时候能等到他。而且他现在h1延期被rfe，我们也担心他的h1万一 messed up，所以现在我打算把我的485交上去。我是希望现在因为排气后退，我的case就压在那里，但是可以拿到ead,给劳工一个后备，实在不行我也可以出去找工作。就是想问一下
1。 我的这个想法是不是现实。
-Yes, it is a good choice in your current situation and you had better find a job as soon as possibel in the same/simialr field as before.
2。 因为我劳工再版h1延期，表格上的current status and effective date怎么填
-Just file H4 for you and H1 for him using the effective and expriation dates of your currrent I-94 and provide the H1 and H4 extension receipt with the I-485 filing.
3。如果现在不申请AP,将来申请还要另外角钱吗？
-No fee for AP/EAD no matter when you file application..
