Dear Masters,

My daughter is a college student with H4 visa. Now she submitted I-485 and received I-485 Receipt Notice (I-797). Since her H4 visa will be expired on September, 2012, and if I don't extend my H1B visa, does it mean her status will be AOS after September, 2012?

Is it legal for her to stay in USA without any other visa?

-Yes.
