朋友的老板有两个公司A和B，由于老板的需要，朋友从A公司TRANSFER　H1B　到了B公司，现在A公司为朋友申请的140排期到了，若朋友继续用A公司的140递交485是否可行？

-Yes as long as his boss can provide a support letter using Company A name indicating your friend will return to work for Company A after getting green card.

被批准的可能性有多大？

若批准后，朋友是否需要再回到A公司工作？

-Not necessary if his boss does not care about it.

如需要，为A公司工作的期限有限制吗？

-No.

如批准后继续留在B公司，对批准的绿卡有影响吗？

-No.
