请问863211老师，今收到USCIS I-485 补充材料通知，要求补充我女儿的legal custody documentation。离婚（在国内）时，女儿判给前妻，现女儿来美国与我一起生活，目前同时递交I-485申请。请问legal custody documentation只需要前妻写个申明，将女儿监管权我转给我，再做一个公证就可以了吗？多谢。

-Had better get the change of your child's custody certificate from the Department of the Marriage Registration or the court who dealt with your divorce case inclduing approved your child custody to your ex-wife. Then, 公证 it. You may ask your child's mother to get the certificate for you.
