我可以申请美国籍了,但我现在人在中国,带宝宝不方便来回跑.能否将入籍申请先寄到美国,再让人从美国寄到移民局?
-I don't see any immigration law to limit N-400 filing when you are physically outside US as long as you meet the requirements such as physical presence including you will return to your old living address before you left US. But I still suggest you to avoil N-400 filing when you are outside US physically. So, you had better file it when you return to US.
