我2月底婚姻绿卡面试，面试官当场收了我2010年H-1B入境时的I-94;但是绿卡没有现场通过。面试后我回国了，在国内期间绿卡通过并已经寄出到美国家里。由于时间限制，我3月中用AP入美国境，入境时又给了新的I-94，上有AP的章。
现在有点担心的是： 1.听说绿卡持有者是不需要I-94的。那么请问我还需要上交这个AP入境时的I-94吗？如果是，怎么交？交到哪里？
2. 听说在绿卡已经通过的情况下再用 AP不好。这是真的吗？

-For 100% safety, I would suggest you to go to the CBP local Deferred Instection Office to ask them to fix it though you may have no any problem even if you do not do anything. Bring your AP, passport, I-94 and green card and tell the IO that your I-485 was approved during your travel in China and ou used AP to return to US.
