我绿卡，前年帮LD交了I130， 已批。
但排期大倒退。 估计在我转公民之前没机会交 I485。
我今年开始申请公民，现有两个问题：
问题 １： 听说等我成为公民后不要再交 I130申请， 可直接交 I485。 请问怎么确保 USCIS知道我们的 I130 已经批了， 我们的排期也到了？
-Just write a letter to USCIS to ask them to upgrade your I-130 from F2A to the Immediate Relatives of US Citizen by stating that you have become a US citizen. Enclose the copy of the I-130 approval notice and copy of your US citizenship citificate.
问题 ２： NVC CENTER问我们要 ＄88.00 AOS processing fee?
不知道这是什么费用？
- That is Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fee for applicant who will apply for the immigration visa outside US using consular processing. If your spouse will file I-485 within US, do not pay any fee (include this AOS fee) to NVC. Just write a letter to NVC that your spouse will adjust status (I-485 filing) within US and ask them stop processisng your case in NVC.
这FEE必须要交吗？ 一次性收费还是每年都要交， 多谢
