请问何处子女出生公证--in or close to PA?

Can anybody share information as to where I may get a notified birth certificate for my daughter? I live in PA. Thank you in advance. My daughter has a birth certificate from the hospital back in China. However, to prepare for I-485, the attorney said,

Translation of any document must be accompanied by a certified translation by a person other than you who can confirm the accuracy of the translation.
