-Yes. When she file I-485, she can apply for it at the same time (File I-131).

多久可以拿到回中国？

-Normally it takes about 3 months. But if she has emergency reason, she may get it immediately at the USCIS local office after she get the I-485 receipt (it may take 2 to 3 weeks to get the I-485 receipt).

她还要尽快回去工作。

还有象她这种情况多久能等到绿卡？拿到绿卡后是要立刻来美国landing吗

-As I said it may not be realistic for her to file I-485 if she wants to return to China immediately after I-485 filing. So, she may consider apply for the immigration visa in China using consular processing.
