My hu*****and is NIW I-140 petitioner. I am going to file I-485 form as a dependent.

I had 3 entries in total since my first entry in 2003.

Besides payment check, photos and required 3 forms, I  have prepared the copies of the following documents,

 -Do you will file your I-485 concurrently with your spouse's I-485 or file it separately? It seems you have been China after graduated, right?

 

 

 

I-94, the most recent one. -Yes.

 

I-797A, expired (2008-2011) and currrent one

-Only provide the copy of the H1 approval since you last entry.

 

OPT card-Not need

I-20 for OPT and I-20 for original school attendance as F1 student-Not need

 

Passport Biographical Page and 3 Visa Pages (year 2003, 2006,2011)

-Fine though only need the last visa copy (2011).

 

My employment letter and most recent 3 pay stubs (biweekly)-Yes.

 

Hu*****and's Approval Notice of I-140

-Not need it, but need the copy of his I-485 receipt if you file your I-485 separeately from your spouse's.

Marriage certificate, Birth Certificate-Yes.

 

 Also provide the copy of your birth certificate.
