1.J1 非waiver，如何转F1?是否必须到第三国申请？J1目前只有7个月时间

-Get the I-20 and then, go outside US (e.g. China or Canada) to get the F1 visa to come back.

2.有朋友愿意sponsorH1,J1要满足什么条件？

是否必须先waiver？

-Yes, must.

waiver和申请H1可否同时进行？

-No.

H1申请人是否必须在美国获得硕士学位？

-No, but the degree needs to be evaluated by a US organization if it was obtained in a forergn college/university (non-US/Canada school).

J1目前没有在美国获得学位。

3.J1还有什么方法帮助J2(高一)，继续在美国public school读书和申请大学？
