由于自己的错误，将 I-485 申请（共两份申请：我自己的和老婆的） 早交了几天。今天收到 "Rejection Notice"， 显示 USCIS 在 12月27日收到申请，在 12月29日发出 "Rejection Notice" （看来他们的工作效率真是提高了不少啊！），而我的 Priority Date 这个月才 current （其实差一天就 current 了!）。 申请材料的每一页的右边，从上到下，都留下了一个 stamp, 一长串数字，夹杂着几个字母。支票上也有一个 stamp 写着 “U.S. Department of Homeland Security Citizenship and Immigration Service". 除了体检证明和相片，所有申请材料都被用钉书机钉在了一起。

除了 I-797C 外，还有一张绿纸，写着 "You are invited to resubmit your application package after you have corrected the reasons for rejection......", "When you resubmit your application, please enclose this letter with your re-submission."

我的问题是： 我应该重新准备所有的申请材料，再附上 I-797C (Rejection of Notice) 和 那张绿纸, 然后 resubmit；

还是必须将这些已经打上了 stamp 的申请材料重新交回去，同时附上 I-797C (Rejection of Notice) 和 那张绿纸？

-Yes you can and it is better choice.
