因为妈妈5年前签过2次都被拒了，所以她很怵大使馆，希望我能在过年回家的时候和她一同去大使馆前，帮她回答回答问题。我听说过很多孩子陪父母去签证的，但是不知道我是H1签证的持有者，这样可以陪同进去吗？（我不需要签证，因为还在有效期内）

-Yo may also make an appointment for your H1 visa application by filing DS-160 to enter the US Consulate with your mother, but don't pay the H1 visa application fee and not need to apply for the H1 visa. I think this may work (this is just my persional idea and just for your reference/consideration).
