Make decison on what are your priorities and work around the timetable. My son's hockey schedule is all over the map and non-fixed, my hu*****and and I used our vacation to break down to hours to handle this. Upcoming spring, son and daugher will play soccer very Mon.& Wed., baseball very Tue.& Thur., swimming Friday. Each parent will handle one child, including all volunteer activities.
It is hard and challenging. Amazingly, our bosses are very encouraging us of being sports parents. They are the same, leaving early for kid's game, etc.
