网站上找到： 但以下两个引贴来自不同来源，相互印证，有一定可信度：

1.We flew to Cancun/Riviera Maya in second week of May 2010. In simple terms the new rule is "no mexico visa required as long as you have visa or AP to return back to US". I double checked with local Mexico consular office to ensure that we can travel on AP without needing a Mexico visa.

At the cancun airport the immigration officer was not aware of the new rule (since it was just 2 weeks into it) and called her supervisor who confirmed that AP is acceptable. Overall they were very friendly and we were involved in small talk while we were waiting for the officer to check with her supervisor.

We faced no issues while returning. Immigration check was done in US port of entry.

2. 从去年（2010年5月左右）开始，有美国签证的，不管是F还是H， 都不用墨西哥签证。 （以上援引链接：http://www.douban.com/group/topic/17930022/）

注释： AP即是Advance Parole.俗称“回美证”。
