As long as China wants to maintain the statu quo, China

will need to pay the international trade tax (in the form of T-Bills) to the power that maintains the status quo.  There is really no free lunch out there.

No need to whine about those 1.3 trillion dollars of T-Bills.  It is just tax money and it is gone.  China makes REAL MONEY (ie, real resources, services and technologies) from the rest of the world, NOT FROM US.  As long as the world is relatively peaceful, the trade will keep growing for the benefits of China.
