Agree. Mao and Zhou complement each other. Look at the history from 1949 to 1966, any major historic event or policy which was executed by Zhou under Mao's leadership meant sucess and accomplishment. Whereas others (e.g. anti rigtist, great leap forward, socialist education campaign) carried out by XXX and XXX even under Mao's leadership meant failure and tragedy.
