41生孩子，血和B超风险低， 有必要做羊穿吗

我快41岁了， 现在怀孕16周，第三胎。前两个孩子都很健康。血和B超结果风险1:2590， 有经验的妈妈能否说说， 这有没有必要作羊穿。非常纠结。
