not one time, sorry for not clear.

I normally cook 3 or 4 different dishes over the weekend. i.e. my recipe for one week: 1> veal, potato, onion, celery 2>rib, zuccini, color pepper/parsnip/carrot 3> shrimp, tomato,egg, noodle 4> spinich, brown rice. 

I always mix one meat with 2 to 3 veggies together. And everyday, he takes turns to have different meals.
