前两天有个帖子说，一旦我的485被批准，两个dependent 就丧失合法身份了。真的么？- 真的”

那我是让他们和我一起file 485 呢，还是等我的485批了再file485呢？(please refer to Q&A of "真的" )

因为我觉着我的485把握不大。他们都是H-4。

One is ineligible to file I-485 when not being in status, and his I-485 is not approvable when being a dependent if the primary I-485 is not approvable.
