我在美国，H１B签证。由于种种复杂的原因，我想领养妹妹的孩子。请问我能领养妹妹的孩子吗？

是什么程序呢？

-Same as the adoption of any other children in China. Contact the local Chinese related organization.

怎么把孩子带到美国来呢？

-H4 visa. The child has to be adopted before he/she turns 16 years old.

过程需要多久？孩子１２岁。
