多谢8老师的详细答复！ 关于第4点，如果要是在中国做FOLLOW TO JOIN， 应该如何操作，

-Your spouse file I-824 for you within US, then the National Visa Center will contact him and send him the instructions. He just follow the NVC instruction to provide the required documents. Then, the US Consulate in Guangzhou will contact you for the immigration visa inetrview. The whole process may take about one year from the date he gets the green card.

这个只要我们结婚在他绿了之前，不管婚后多长时间以后操作都可以吗?

-Yes.

 大概多久可以拿到移民包呢？这个算结婚移民吗？因为结婚的时候他是485男。

-It is employment-based, not family-based.
