以前LG申请PERM得时候，position 的title是ratemaker analyst（ratemaker是他们用的一个软件系统的名字），律师说这个title太稀有了，移民局搞不懂，和HR商量后就换成Marketing Analyst
不知道当时为什么写marketing analyst，他做的东西跟marketing没有关系，可能HR和律师交流上有点问题
后来他们公司又把ratemaker analyst统一换成了'business analyst'，

做的东西这几年都一样,

现在的问题是，开 Employment Letter的时候，应该写 marketing analyst还是写business analyst?

-What is the job title in the PERM approval (Labor Certificate) and in the I-140? The job title in the employment letter should be consisent with that in the PERM/I-140. Because the I-140 has been approved, USCIS does not care whether they understand the job title in the employment letter. As long as it is consistent, that will be OK.

还有填G325-A，是填 marketing analyst还是填business analyst?

-I-485 and G-325A do not need jon title, but only need specific occupation such as Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology (IT), Electrical Engineering, teaching, etc. So, just put an occupation (area) which your spouse is currently works in. Please note that occupation is not equal to job title such as Market analysit, Software engineer, Professsor, etc.

填marketing analyst是不是会有做假嫌疑而惹来麻烦？？
