我的工作title 由senior statistics Associates 变成了senior statistic manager, 最近排期到了，公司的律师说需要重新办perm, 事实上我的job description 并未有明显变化，我想自己交485，
-Just file your I-485 using the old title and USCIS normally will not check it. Alos the PERM position is the one after you get the green card, so your current title does not matter to the I-485 approval. Just do it by yourself and not need the employer or the lawyer. Provide your recent 6 months paycheck stubs and the H1 approval notices and I-94s to prove your employment status.
但是律师说如果自己申请485 而UISCIS deny 了，我的优先日期就会作废。
-The lawyer is wrong. Even if your I-485 is denied, you still can use the old 优先日期.
请问老师们有没有好办法。
