1。我LG Current了，我准备跟着他file 485，我自己公司也帮我办了PERM, 140，PD是06/2010，这次我需要提供自己的140的I797吗？

2。I-94卡要复印both sides，我们因为来了之后都没有回去过，几个I-94卡后面都是空白的，有一个I-94卡原件还找不到了，倒是有这个I-94卡前面的copy，I-94卡后面都一样吗？我能用其他的I-94卡后面的copy吗？

3。我们换过护照，需要也提供老护照的copy吗？

4。我LG OPT approval letter找不到了，倒是有OPT Card，问题大吗？

5. 如果我们拿到EAD/AP，我如果用AP回国一趟，我的H1B还有效吗？
-Your status will be parolee and then AOS, but you still can work for the employer without using EAD. After you renew the H1, your status will be H1 again. So, using AP is not different that much from using H1 visa.
我的理解是用了EAD，H1B就无效了，但是不知道用了AP是不是也一样，网上说法很多,不知道哪个正确
