On form I 130, Question 20 If your relative's native alphabet is other than Roman letters, write his or her name and foreign address in the native alphabet.

Should I answer question 20 in Chinese characters?

question 13 If you are a US citizen, complete the following: questions 14 If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following. questions 14b Did you gain permanent resident status through marriage to a US citizen or lawful permanent resident? 

I am US citizen. Do I need to answer question 14b. Thank you very much.
