-How did your wife and kid can get their L-2 I-94 duration longer than your L-1 I-94 duration? It seems a mistake, so technically, their L-2 I-94 should be the same duration as yours (2012年9月到期). --我们公司很多都这样,家属给的I94是入境时间+3年;VISA是面签时间+2年,不是我一个;另外,09/2012到期的是我的3年L-1工作许可;不是VISA,2年多次入境VISA是从09/2009-09/2011已经过期了 -What I concerned is that your spouse's L-2 I-94 should have the same duration as your L-1 I-94 duration, not L-1 or L-2 visa. "09/2012到期的是我的3年L-1工作许可" means your L-1 I-94 will expire on 09/2012, right? If so, the L-2 I-94s are supposed to expire on that time.
-I think the CBP officer made a mistake to issue the L-2 I-94 duration to 2013年6月 which is much longer than your L-1 I-94 duration. So, you may not want to be risky to use this mistake. For the safe reason, I would suggest that your spouse and kid extend their L-2 status when you extend your L-1 status either using a new L-1 visa to enter US to get the new I-94 or extend it within US by filing a new L-1 petition.
EAD又怎么办呢?
-Just renew the EAD before the EAD expires by filing I-765.
