回复：PJIANG和8老师请进

现在在积极找工作的同时，也在争取公司内部relocation。现得到消息有可能可以relocate到邻近一州的办公室从事一样的工作，我想问PJIANG和8老师，

1.对我这种180天不到的情况，可不可以用AC21，或者说我或者公司需要做什么。比如H1 amendment,或者我可以用EAD而不需要他们做任何事情？

-Just file the H1 extension using the new location for the LCA and H1 filing before your current H1 expires on 1/8/2012.

2.公司用的是fragomen，以我在过去几年和公司律师打交道的经验，律师一定会do everything by the book,我想知道的是如果真的by the book来做，我是不是还是需要重新办PERM和140。

-If the lawyer want to do and the company will pay the fee, just let them to fiel PERM and I-140. This will not affect your old I-140 and I-485. As long as your I-485 pending >= 180 days, your I-485 is safe even if you change the job location now.

3.根据过去几天找工作的结果，现在觉得有很大可能很快能找到一个愿意为我办H1的相似工作，若即使留在公司内部也还要把所有的都走一遍，不知道是不是留在同一个公司会risk相对较小一些呢？
