律师是我们自己找的，当时他怎么写的job title也不清楚，但是因为排期早就到了，实在不想再重新去换job title，然后再申请PW了

我想问一下，打广告的时候必须写出来工资是多少吗？

-Not need.

FILE PERM的时候也必须附上工资单吗？

-Not need it.

如果能跟老板商量暂时把工资提上去，可行吗？

-Yes, but you had better be paid until your I-485 is approved (may just take several months to one year because your PD is current). After you get the green card, you are safe even if your salary is lower.

还是说只要老板能够写信证明到485批准的时候，我的工资能达到，就可以了？

-I don't think it will work because your salary is the most important evidence that the employer has the ability to pay though the prevail wage for PERM should be paid after you get the green card, technically.
