回复：prevailing wage比实际工资高很多，会影响PERM的批准吗？

请教8老师和pijiang老师，

我的prevailing wage刚刚批下来（九月底提交的），但是比我的实际工资高出许多（可能将近三万），这对于我PERM的批准有影响吗，需要现在就达到？

-Yes. It will affect your PERM and I-140 approval. The employer needs to prove the ability to pay at the prevail wage level from the date of PERM filing to the date the I-485 is approved. if your employer can not pay you at this level, you may change the job title and descriptions to get a new job code to matches your salary. Talk to your lawyer and employer about this issue.

另外，等到提交485的时候，是不是一定要达到prevailing wage？

因为我前一个140已经批准，排期也到了，但是因为换工作，所以要重新办PERM和140，但是现在PW这么高，让我压力很大。
