1. “approval has no I-94 due to the status gap”这个是怎么回事？

-That means if you can not find a job in time  for examle can not find it in one month after you lost job, but find a job after one month or later, USCIS still will approve your H1 transfer, but this approval notice may have no I-94 and thus, you need to get the H1 visa outside US to come back to activate your H1 status (get the H1 I-94 at the port of entry).

2. 比如一旦今天通知失业，我有多少机动的时间？听说时间有限，不然我有非法滞留问题，将来485会有麻烦，敬请指教。

-Technically, your H1 status is over (out of status) after you lost the job, but you can stay in US legally until your H1 I-94 expires. If you are out of status for > 180 days, your future I-485 will be affected (if not file it before you loast job). But if you get the H1 visa to come back, nothing will affect your I-485 even if you are out of status > 180 days before you leave US.

3.你跟皮老师在这儿帮困助难，我们有什么可回报的？
