我现在的公司有一个FULL-TIME的H1B，是第四年。另一家新的公司准备帮我申请另一个PART-TIME的H1B。我的问题是：
1. 这个新的PART-TIME H1B可以申请吗？

2. 如果新HIB办成后，可以不可以转成FULL-TIME的，同时把FULL-TIME的变成PART-TIME的？
-Yes, technically. The employers just need to file the H1 amendment to change the full-time H1 to part-time H1, vice versa.
3.或是直接申请成FULL-TIME的，同时把原来的FULL-TIME的变成PART-TIME的。
-H1 amendment petition of the H1 change from full-time or part-time has to be filed by the employer, not you. Then, USCIS can approve it.
