864表上是作为second of two joint sponsors吗？
-Not second joint of two joint sponsor, but the only one joint sponsor (or co-sponsor). Your spouse is not joint sponsor,, but a contractor to you for the sponsoring your parents. His I-864A filing means he signs a contracto with you to allow you to use his part of income in your family to sponsor your parents, Thiss is differennt to his brother's I-864.
另外他是不是还需作一份声明公证吗？
-His brother needs to provide his last year tax return for his I-864 filing and provide the annual income information in the I-864. Nothing else is needed if his brother has enough money to make up your family support to your parents.
