1)work site   请问需要什么细节处理, home address or company headquarter address，要特地解释么？还是加什么补充文件？谢谢

-In the LCA and I-129, your employer needs to indicate your working address is your home address.

2)confirm $500 fraud prevention fee不用交了吧。

-Correct. Not need.

3)律师说有个＄２０００的额外费用.我看了看I１２９说明，那是针对５０％员工是外籍人士的公司吧！如果只有很少比率的外籍员工，应该不用交这笔钱吧。

-You may still need to pay $1500 training fee if it is your first time to do the H1 extension for this employer. You can argue with this lawyer to see how he/she explians.

4)renew没批，pending, 可以继续工作么？

-Yes.
