很感谢。Do I need to follow EB3 catagory to submit I-485 or EB2 catagory (Since EB3 waiting time is 3+ years more than EB2)?

In another word, my proved EB2 PD is 03/2008 which is expected to be current in 2012. Can I submit my I-485 with newly proved EB3 next year?
