-USCIS will reject your application and return you all your materials including the check. Then, you can send it again with the correct payment.

 Another choice is that you may just file a new applicaiton with the correct amount of a new check so that you can get the AP quickly. Your previous check will be returned to you and you lose nothing, anyway.
