1 我父母去年十一月初来美，十二月底去加勒比海旅游了一次，I-94的有效其更新到了六月，请问我可以在二月底开始给他们申请绿卡么？

-It should be fine because they just went out of US for a very short time and reentered US.

 因为听说最好在他们入境三四个月以后申请。但是不知道这种情况是否应该看他们首次入境（去年十一月）还是二次从迈阿密入境（去年十二月底）？

-They should use the final entry (从迈阿密入境) and the new I-94 for the I-130.

2 I-130表，C Information about your relative，＃2 Address， 我父母现在美国，我是否要填他们在美国的住址？

-Yes. It is acturally yours if they live with you.

D Other Information，1 If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship. relativeship 在这我应该写母亲／父亲还是妻子／丈夫？

-Father or Mother. That means the relationship between you and your parents, not between your parents.
