Q1: What to do with "Middle Name Initial" item? I don't have one and it does not allow "none" as input. Now I can ignore it and continue yet it keeps warning me the form is filled completely.

-I do not know this technical problem. You may contact USCIS to see how to solve it or just use paper-filing. It seems strange to require "Middle Name" because USCIS should know many people do not have middle name.

 Q2: At the "Certify Forms" step: After the item "Print Name:" it is item "Title:". I don't understand what it is asking. What should I fill for the title?

 Should I put "Ms." as the title?
